But really . . . was this any worse than the movie they made? Opinions will vary.

The idea of Joel Schumacher making a Superman movie instead of a Batman one is something that scares me and tickles my funny bone at the same time.

And I really like all the Superman/Clark parts of Superman Returns. It's just most of the other characters that sucked it up for me.

And I don't know if the pic has ever been busted as a hoax or not. It looks bad enough to be one but there are enough ways to explain away the suckiness.
