My comments on Skins series six episode two...I really can't say too much without a cut, so I want you all to look at the beautiful icon of Grace, who had a big role in this episode.

I'm really okay with this, lol.

I know it's sad and it's a shame in a way that someone dies every generation but they've made it different every time.

This one, being such a tragic accident...I know it's early in the series but this is the first time we really get to see the longterm impact this has on the characters, especially Rich, I'm so excited for that.

In fact I agree with that XD I'm sad, but I do like this kind of events when they are treated in a good way. And I believe they can make it great. As you say, we'll see the impact on the characters and I love this.

I'll reiterate it:

Why did it have to be Grace? There were three of them in that goddamn accident, why her? why couldn't it have been Liv who was in it as well?In reality, I know the answer: it's because killing her gets more of a story out of it. She's the most well liked character in the group (I mean amongst the characters, not necessarily in fandom) and therefore her death has an affect on everyone. It also has huge repercussions on a father who's in his fourth series of Skins, so we know him fairly well too! (That's as many series as the Stonem parents, but I bet some people don't seem to notice/acknowledge that ( ... )

Mine too! It was so...stunning...I can't get over how amazing it was. If this is a sign of things to come then we are in for a wild and wonderful series. Seeing them all dealing with this is going to be wonderful.

Blood's more recently discovered role as father has been great and it's a shame really that it had to end in this tragic way, but it will certainly be interesting seeing how he continues his job now...I wonder if he'll be more harsh, or perhaps a little softer?!!!
