For the Greater Good -- or not

Right, so just after I decided to take a little break from anything involving deadlines, this shows up. And I'm tempted, yet conflicted. Fun or stressful? Is it a good opportunity to write the AU of Epic Proportions Which I Already Started Ages Ago? Would anyone care to read it? Or should I just stay away, considering I haven't read or reviewed any ( Read more... )

I can't do it this year (which is a shame considering the fact that I think I've produced my best story two years running for this fest), but will be watching with pleasure and anticipation for gifts such as your own!

So, I came over here because of your story, and found you linked my community! :D I personally really adore the fiction you've written so far ("The Prisoner's Remorse" broke my heart! In a very good way), and it would be great to read anything else.

So, for what it's worth, I'd care to read anything you've written :)

Thanks so much for the compliments; I'm glad you enjoyed the fics (especially "The Prisoner's Remorse", since that's a personal favourite). I'd still like to sign up for the Big Bang, but having done the mistake of signing up for two fests this spring (not just one!), I'm not sure that's a good idea...

If it makes you feel any better, this go around is probably going to be fairly lenient. It's the first one, and I want people to have fun. Once we get more people involved and stable situations, we can make things a little more strict.

So, if you want to write and you just DON'T finish it in time, contact me and we'll figure out what we can do :)

I might start something and see how it turns out -- there didn't seem to be any deadline for signing up, so I guess I shouldn't completely rule out the possibility. ;-)
