The best thing I EVER did for my kids was give them siblings. You may not get the 'sense' in that until you have another (biological/adopt/foster/what have you) but you'll see it then. I also wanted to add that I don't think I'm senseless for having 4 of my own biological babies and no desire at all to adopt or foster.

sorry if I offended you, it certainly wasn't my intention. I think large families are great for people who want them. it's not something I judge other people for, it's just not the life I want. I think it's fabulous that you're getting the fourth baby you wanted! maybe I should edit that paragraph and throw in a 'for me personally' somewhere in there. :/

local produce ftw! now if we could only get our hands on a deep freezer and start buying local meat in bulk...

As far as facebook goes... I recently deactivited my account for a few weeks, and actually enjoyed not having a facebook for awhile. I only reactivated it because my family would post pictures on there that I wanted to see, but I deleted like 50+ people I don't talk to or have no interest of keeping in touch. If you're concerned about privacy, I'd encourage you to check out quitfacebookday.com, because they have a lot of articles about their iffy privacy issues and immoral practices. Makes for an interesting read, if nothing else.

ugh, every time i see a pregnant women i get all "i wanna be pregnant again." i know it's absolutely not logical, but i can't help it.
i need to figure out a way to get mila in her crib too! she nurses a lot through the night still and i honestly have no idea how to make the transition. i hope it works out for you though!

I know, hormones are so scary :( I feel like my biological clock is screaming in my ear with a microphone sometimes.

How old is your little one?? Elliot's just over 13 months and yeah... I loved cosleeping while it lasted but I need him out of the bed. :/ I think we're going to do a modified version of the ferber method. Put him in his crib, leave him be for 5 minutes, check on him, etc. I know ferber says you're not supposed to pick up them up but... I'll probably pick him up if he starts to get distressed (which I know he will...) Aaaah, I feel like the world's biggest jerk-mom just thinking about it... :| But... I just keep telling myself it's for the best. A week TOPS of hell nights will result in better sleep for Elliot, me, and his pops. Ughh :(

Okay, sorry, haha I just started ranting and couldn't stop!
