This is the last winter break when we're all just here. Next year we'll be coming home from college, seeing people we haven't seen in 6 MONTHS, people we used to see every day, in and out. It's weird. I think I need to a apply for housing before I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere in Boulder next year. That would probably be a smart thing to do. I ( Read more... )

I just have one thing to say, and I won't chew yous guys out, but I will complain a little bit:

You guys of all people shouldn't be smoking. As singers, your lungs are your instrument, and smoking is like leaving a trumpet in the rain to rust. It decreases your lung capacity (though it does increase range in basses, but that is beside the point). I am a little dissapointed in you guys.

When I say you guys, I mean any eagleaires who choos to participate in the use of tobacco products. I know you know all about the risks, but I just want you guys to be careful. You are all important to me and you have so much musical potential. I just don't want to see you guys ruin it. I wasn't really all that mad at you, but Sarah said that she goes whenever she can, and she has one of the widest ranges I have ever heard and I don't want her to ruin that.

I was just giving you guys a friendly reminder.
