I had to look at a temperature converter to figure out how hot that was. Could be worse, but I imagine not so pleasant if your AC isn't working. Poor kid.
The gym might help burn off some of the bad energy. Don't dwell on the bad/difficult things.
I got my license years ago. It was in Houston. I took a part-time class that lasted around six months and then one month of internship (working on clients for free).
I worked as an RMT for a while in Austin while I was also bartending (at a leather bar). But then I gave it up for a daytime job.
Unfortunately, I let my license lapse here in Texas and I suspect I would have to go to school again to get it back.
Still have my table and still retain most of my skills.
The schooling here is 3000 hours. It's super intense. I'm just in level 100 now, and jeez! But I love it :)
If you end up moving here, and want to go back into it, I imagine you'd have to take the schooling all over again. But in BC, its a healthcare profession. And the BC education for RMT's is recognized everywhere.
