Along with most of the East Coast, we've been spending the last couple of days preparing for the onslaught of Hurricane Irene. It looks like we'll be spared the worst of it where we are, but we may experience high wind and power outages.

That's not as big a deal for us as it might be for some. We've got a camp stove and plenty of spare vittles,

Thank you for thinking of us! :) So far, so good. We're as ready as we'll ever be. The last thing on my to-do list is make muffins, so am heading toward the kitchen now. lol. You take care as well :)
