1)  The sun came out this afternoon, after days of torrential storms - what my brother would call "real toad stranglers." Wildlife hasn't fared so well in this kind of weather. We're seeing a lot of bunnies and small birds coming in with pneumonia. Anything that can't get up out of the wet grass, especially on chilly evenings, is at risk for that.

1. Bunnies with pneumonia. I can't think of anything sadder.
2. Sensitive and soul-searching. That's my kind of book.
3. Doing anything at midnight is pure success! Actually, I'm going to drink a cup of coffee this evening and stay up late to write. Or at least try to. I hope you're happy with your critique. I always hate my stuff as soon as I send it to anyone.
4. I love AI. I need to get hooked on So You Think You Can Dance. I've heard it's good.

1. It really is sad. Pneumonia is rough, not just for them but for everything, because they don't feel like eating. I totally understand that sensation of drowning and can really empathize, but we can't let them not eat and sometimes have to resort to invasive measures that they find even more unpleasant.

2. You'll like it!

4. I think SYTYCD is better this year than last, and that was pretty good. I love the different styles of dancing and watching numerous great routines, and I love learning new stuff. I'd never heard of Krumping and Locking until last year :) And the Bollywood dancing is such fun.

3. You go with the midnight writing! I'll be thinking of you. Sending you successful good thoughts :)

3 - That chapter took two weeks. I'm still not finished with it, but my critique group meets next week and I'd like to have it done by then if possible. They're a force of nature. I'll do anything to keep them off my back :)

4 - I do, too. I think it must be harder for those being sent home first after having just made the top 20. One dance and they're gone. Ouch. My heart goes out to them.
