On Monday night I used a snake (of the plumbing variety) for the first time. While predictably gross, it was tremendously satisfying to finally have a properly draining bathroom sink and bathtub. It also felt good to dabble in a little hands-on butchness (even if that was rather watered down by my needing Robin to actually take the sink trap off.
