Weight- Haven't had an official weigh in at school since the first week of the challenge which means I still have 182 as my most recent low. Today it looked like 184-185 on my bathroom scale. Hopefully I can fix stuff before Friday and be back to 182 or less. My lowest, on my mom's scale on 3/10 was 179

I did the EMWP a few summers ago, and I really liked it a lot. It gave me awesome ideas for my classroom that I still use. I hope it does the same for you!

As for the rest, I just want you to know how proud of you I was and am. You are the rock your family needed, and you were so composed, strong, and steady through everything. Your dad was a really great man, and I know he was so proud of you. The service was beautiful, and very fitting for him. You did well by him, and your family, too.
