I have read a ton of stories... and I mean that quite literally and few move me to tears, fewer still move me to save them to my hard drive. Almost none capture the heart and spirit of the Fellowship so perfectly as this story has.

That you have done all three so well is a gift almost as worthwhile as a Chaffinches' birdnest.

My gratitude for this rare and beautiful story, milady!

I am truly humbled by it!

That you think the story caught the "heart and spirit of the Fellowship" makes me beyond happy. That's what draws me to read and write about them. Thank you very much!

Fucking brilliant, man. It was written for me, but I'm claiming it as a birthday gift anyway. *g*

Every voice was perfect, and the end made me tear up as well. Thank you for writing this.

This is a lovely story about the true meaning of love and fellowship, incredibly well-written and so emotionally affecting.

Wonderful use of the symbolism of the bird's nest and glorious application of the sonnet. There's something quite profound about how all the little bits and pieces of lives intertwining to make that nest of love.

Your take on each of the characters seems so true within the context of the story and how we "know" them from the filming.

There's some very rewarding about a comment that so captures what I was trying to do in the story. I had a lot of fun writing this, despite its lengthy gestation. Thank you so much!

Ha, that was brilliant. You do such wonderful dialogue I can hear them all clear as anything, and they all make me laugh and just a little snuffly. My favourite bit was Bean thinking Sean's a big wally.

Ha! I enjoyed that, too. I adore Sean Astin; surely everyone knows that about me, but sometimes he just is a big wally.

And special thanks for mentioning the dialog. That was hard work, but a lot of fun, too. So happy that you think it worked.

So, very, very lovely. Most of the time, I kind of skip to the end, or skim a few parts, but this time I read every word, and got choked up at the end. You seem to share (at least for this story) my notion that the love they all share just is, and makes sense, and none of them really question it, and wouldn't have it any other way, and oh, words don't quite explain it, but there's this spot right behind and a little below my collarbone that could tell you what it's like.

Thank you.

We are in absolute agreement about this. It's what draws me to these people and keeps me fascinated by them. I love them all so much.

Thank you!
