Woah, that flemco person is a complete bitch. That's like saying that a person who wants to be an actor shouldn't take any acting classes and just show up, audition for a Broadway show and get to be Christine Daae in Phantom. I'm not even much of a writer (except poetry, but yeah) and that still made me twitch.

And I personally have a very different definition for writer. Writers are the people who write, who have to write. I personally am very edgy and unhappy and ill if I don't write on a regular basis. I don't necessarily produce a lot, and the same 'itch' can be satisfied with good role-playing. I got the definition from Robert Heinlein. The Marquis de Sade (disgusting though what he wrote was) would understand too. Sometimes you just have to put words down. The person who does that is a writer ( ... )
