Hmm... I have to admit, I didn't expect to receive an entry at this time of night. Very well. I will now commence judging contestant #01, I-Pin, and her Saltwater Rolls.

It appears to be a classic dinner roll, resembling a French boule. The crust is firm and well-textured, but it seems a bit too hard. I'm almost disappointed. But what is this ( Read more... )

Well if you want me not to have a reaction, I suppose not finishing it on time and subsequently being disqualified from the competition would be the way to go.
