Oh, no! You poor thing. :( *hugs*

OK, well insert random talkings about Halloween costumes and carrot and potato soup. Or something.

Oh, you are so sweet! *hugs back* I've still got them all in my e-mail, but it's so frustrating to do something so stupid, especially as it was tweaked a bit, and I've got to try and remember what I'd changed.

especially as it was tweaked a bit, and I've got to try and remember what I'd changed.

But if you've still got the comment notification mails, wouldn't you have the tweaked version as well? (At least for me, the original post someone commented on is always included in the notification mail). Provided the comments weren't posted before you made those changes, of course.

Thank you! Yes, good point: I think I caught everything but I can now go and check on the last version before it went. I've made a couple of changes since, but that's a new headache.

Well, so long as there's no suspicious backdating doing on... (smile) M.

*hugs* No, there isn't! I was deleting a link, and went into the wrong thing. Some people shouldn't be allowed near computers.

Some people should be *chained* to their computers, forced to write fanfic constantly to amuse the rest of us. (grin) M.

The irony was that I'd left my computer for the first time in days to get on with some work. Obviously, the half hour away addled what brain I have left. :D

Oh, this is too bad! I lost one of my entries too, deleting it by mistake... *kicks herself*

And I was told I can't get back any comments at all. :(( *hugs*

No, you can never get comments back! *wails* But at least you can repost a fic, thank goodness. I just had to remember what I'd changed after posting it.

*hugs back*

This is lovely and very funny, although I do have to blame you for making me snort in a most unladylike manner at the hair dye. Having had both accidentally greenish and purple bits (not at the same time, thankfully!), I feel for Sirius! I wish I'd thought to pretend I was a carrot or aubergine... And the rabid typist sounds quite frightening!

And I'm sorry about the accidental deletion. ♥

Thank you very much! ♥ I tried to dye my hair red a while ago, but nothing happened. It didn't even go green or purple, so in the end I had to leave it. Maybe I'll try it again some time...

The deletion was really, really stupid, not to mention devastating. I'm usually a bit more careful. I wasn't eaten drunk! :( But I'm really glad you enjoyed the fic.

Uh..'even' drunk. And I'm not now either! Perhaps my brain has atrophied.

Perhaps you need some wine? Or food! Clearly your subconcious is hungry and/or thirsty. :)

Sorry that the dye didn't work. I always leave it on for a bit longer than they say, because it's never quite long enough, in my experience. Probably not too good for you, but hey.

Oh, sorry about the lost post ... :-(

That was very funny, and brilliant use of the misspelled phrases - I especially love the first one ...

And once the dye is cast, it's cast indeed ... my hair is still a bit darker at the ends from when I decided to go all Morticia Adams a couple of years ago ...

Oh, thank you very much! :) I've actually improved it a bit because I had to re-edit it, so I'm not too sad. Well, only a bit. :(

Dye is obviously not user-friendly. I now stick to henna shampoo, which doesn't actually do much, but it doesn't stick round too long either.
