for what im not sure, but im filled with such self hatred that i feel i need to punish me too. <3 is there another way you could punish yourself? like making yourself have an ice cold shower? or denying yourself something you really like, like a certain cd or something? hang in there. we all hate ourselves, it's an endless cycle. :/
