Mini Fest Guidelines/Rules

# mini_fest is a prompt based fest. If you cannot find something that inspires you from the current list of prompts, check the lists from previous years and see if something inspires you from there

I just wanted to clarify- is the New Year's eve celebration allowed? I was thinking it was, but since I didn't see it listed above, I thought I'd double check.

What type of files do you want the fics in? Any type or do you want a specific type of file? Right now, I'll only be able to submit a .txt file.

Sorry for the slow reply! I think .txt should work!
I've had success with .rtf, .txt and even a google drive link, so I'm pretty flexible.
