For the school I'll be going to in the fall, I requested these apartments.  They have washer and dryers in each suite, and I wouldn't have to have quite as many roomates.  I've been placed on the waiting list, but I qualify for the complex.  The other apartment complexes aren't bad either, but THESE are better suited for me.  I just know it.

The old men that live on the corner, decided to actually bid me a good morning. Instead of speaking, they usually spend a great deal of time gawking at me as I walk by. I look forward to the days where financial issues are no longer a problem, and I am farfarfar away from this situation I'm in. What parent has issues with their child continuing their education?

I spent the entire weekend at the ocean.  Before you go "ohhhhHHHHHhhhhhhhh, how fun!", it was for work, and I was in class essentially the entire time I was there.  To top it off, it was chilly and raining, which is in contrast to the 90+ degree weather we had just weeks ago.  The weekend had it's fun moments, though they were rare.  I am freaking ( Read more... )

I find it so funny when people get angry at their friends, for being friends.

Last night I went to a fashion show at the Maryland Institute College of Art. I have never felt so unworthy on a COLLEGE CAMPUS. Reserved seating, V.I.P. parties, artsy-fartsy people greeting and chit-chatting with other artsy-fartsies. It made me want to go to, and avoid MICA, all at the same time.
