I dunno if anyone even reads this anymore, but I have a question for guys who workout/lift/etc.
Do you wear anything on your head to collect the sweat or do you just keep a towel handy? -
Four day weekend
It's 5:39am. I'm heading to the gym to meet thefreek and then work out some. THEN, its off to Chicago for 3 (possibly 4) days.

It's been one week since Uber died. The sadness seems to grow more as time goes on. Coming home is the worst thing I have to deal with. Honestly, I had no idea this would be as hard as it is. I have a new appreciation for all of my friends who have lost pets in their life.
