What an incredibly thought provoking and tough question to answer.

At first though, of course isn cancer. All forms of cancer.

But then I started thinking about what diseases have touched my life more. Well, it's not cancer, but auto-immune diseases. My Father's body was ravenged by diabetes and it eventually killed him. One of my best friends ( Read more... )

it seems so trite to say a cure for cancer. but I think that's what I'd ask for.

Even though your autoimmune idea is pretty important too, and I have allergies and arthritis...

GREAT point about autoimmune diseases; a good friend has sarcoidosis and, at 34, has already been through hell and sees no remission in sight. I didn't know you have psoriasis; is it pretty well controlled most of the time?

Great to see you back, BTW! (I just came back to LJ myself; Facebook is fun but LJ has much greater depth...)
