I made a mistake on the family tree thingy. Milcah is married to Nachor and is the daughter of Haran, not the other way around. Doesn't really change much.

Jewish women's modesty is only for men who aren't their husbands. Well, the veiled bride thing changed with Rachel and Leah, but I'm really not sure about this one with Rebecca. She very well could have put it on and never removed it. That could be why it took 20 years to get pregnant.

Jewish sex and sexuality was a whole subject I took at a beit midrash. It's all very weird. Talmudic rabbis would study by following their teachers everywhere. One student followed his Rabbi everywhere... there's a story of him hiding under his teacher's marriage bed and asking questions on how to pleasure his wife DURING his teacher having sex. (With the teacher responding.)
