My journal is public, so I don't really add many people back. I think I haven't added a new user in a good year or two, but you're welcome to friend me (as you already have) and comment whenever you'd like! I actually have about 4-5 close friends that I don't have added back on LJ but are a huge part of my life. I occasionally visit users that add me by going to my userinfo and check up on their journals. Sometimes if I find myself visiting them enough, I add them to my list.
