It's September now. I see that my last entry was in July... so allow me to recap what has been happening in my life. It's a bit long, so I'll just LJ-cut the bad. This is within the last six months:

I know I never comment (I figure you got a lot of people commenting things I would have said anyway), but I hope that you can transfer ASAP (why the hell is it taking so long anyway?), because that Carnell guy is a real joke.

My condolences for your friend.
In any case, it's nice to see you doing much better these days. I think us Vancouverites would be happy to see you again.

Yeah, I'll miss her.
Oh, it's been hard the last 5-6 days, but I'll improve. I think I'd like to visit you guys, too.

I'm so sorry to hear about Kaede... If there's anything I can do...

I know I haven't commented, but I'm sorry you had to go to the hospital again... (I also hope your sister is fine, as well as you.) I really wish there's more I could do to help you in your studies... you're such a nice girl. I love and miss you lots, too, Anne.
It's okay. I'm not completely left with nothing. I miss her tons and I'm sad that the stability I had is gone... I really wanted to live in Japan or live with her, or whatever, and things... you know that kind of thing.
If there's anything you can do, I'd let you know, but I think there isn't so I'll just thank you for offering. I'm always wishing you the best and I can feel and just know you are wishing me the best, too. That offer to visit you someday is still open, if I could ever find the money to fill my other visits, too, and the time... but I just want you to know that I'll always be around for you, Anne.

On the other hand, it's wonderful to see how much you've accomplished while you were away. Getting engaged? That's a big one! Congratulations on it!
And hopefully you'll find the desirable job you've been seeking soon!
