Workout update 3 / Ga Rei Zero ramble
skipped a week or so of updating. I weighed in new years eve at 195.8 and a week later weighed in at 192.8 so I'm rather please with myself. 13 Minute 30 second mile (16 second improvement from last week)
Not so thrilled about the weight lost this week. At least I didnt tack on any weight. Damn you holidays and your eating. Also been an emotional bubble of bleh lately. Christmas Blues. -

sick stress and blehs
I've been barely keeping up with Nanowrimo and am going to fall behind this week due to MFF for sure. It doesnt help that I also have been sick off and on for about half a week now. This better clear up before next weekend. ughh

Regained enough stability to actually function whoo! alrighty. Reality sucks and I'm still a bit shaky from all this right now but I know that the best thing for both him and I is if I get invovled with someone new. the thought scares me a bit, but I know its possible. Finished chapter one today. I now have a total of 4,142 words. with 16 chapters left to go. The odds are stacked against me to not only finish this, but for it to be a successful novel. Heres to hoping! -
