Despite the cold of oncoming winter, Zelgadiss is outside this evening, practicing his swordwork. He does not know when his door will open again, but wishes to be ready. Just in case.

Still, there is only so much one can practice alone.

One Riku, in the bar, by the fireplace once more. He's dressed in civilian clothes, heavy ones - thick, khaki pants, a long sleeved black shirt, and a thick red coat. Way to the Dawn rests beside of him, but he's looking at it as if it's something strange, as if it means nothing to him.

How very odd of him.

Riku, outside the bar, sitting at the edge of the pond. He's staring out at it, a look on his face like he's not really seeing the pond or any of his actual surroundings. Whatever he's actually seeing is not actually here at the time - this kid is looking into and remembering the past, and whatever he's remembering isn't making him that happy.

Above the grounds between the bar and the lake the Whirlwind Lancer paces. Xaldin isn't sure what he is going to do next but he is also not yet ready to enter the building and begin meeting the Somebodies in there on their own turf.
