On a couch by the fire, Demyx is still a little damp. He's sprawled out just the same in an extended nap, earphones still in with Paganini's caprice in A minor, Op. 1 No. 24 playing.

At some point tonight, there's an Axel slouched all over the couch by the fire. He's not doing much, but staring at the flames, as they crackle enthusiastically at him.

He's very botherable.

This morning, Axel is back downstairs. The couch is his, and he's occupying the corner nearest the fire, hands wrapped around a mug of tea.

He's staring into the flames, and not moving much; not blinking, barely breathing, and just occasionally taking a sip from the tea that doesn't cool.

After spending several hours upstairs with Axel* after Roxas and him came to an... agreement of sorts, Demyx makes his way back down the stairs to quickly scrawl out a note and leave it with the bar for Lissar.

He's draped himself half-across Axel's lap at this point while he strums on the sitar and makes notes here and there on music paper.

Someone, rescue poor Axel from this terrible fate?
