And Lady Death is one of those who never left. She heads to the tables of food and picks and chooses some from the selection, then returns to her towel with it.
*Yrael finally gives in and comes outside. His pale skin seems a bit too bright for the sunlight, but he doesn't fear getting a sunburn. He decides that even if he doesn't get in the water, no one will begrudge him a catnap in the sunshine. He carries the white towel the bar gave him over to a clear spot on the grass and lays it out.*

Elaine comes down to the shore, in the same red bikini and white dress that she'd found in her closet yesterday. Another beautiful day. Another good day for Elaine.
She settles down with a plate of food and a beer and enjoys the day.
*Sunscreen charm firmly in place, Bernard is once again stretched out on a blanket by the shore in swim trunks and a wifebeater. He's not quite so far away from the crowd today. He's reading Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris, and is therefore snickering pretty much constantly.*
Asmodean walked slowly up to her. He, unlike nearly every person at the lake, was dressed in black finery. He paused and tilted his head to the side as if studying her. Eventually he spoke.

The server Gilbert had something about celebrations taking place?
Ginevra has no idea what these people are celebrating, but she can at least have a look and perhaps a glass of light, cool white wine?
The place is very pleasant, at least, and people seem to be in very good spirits.
