If one's inclined to notice such things, one might notice that they're standing in formation. The Loompa at the front is, the one with the dreadlocks, just sighs in the aforementioned frustration.
Jim knows what they are alright. How could he not? He kind of hopes he doesn't look familiar to them - he's not sure how they'd react to seeing the doppelganger of a certain eccentric candy magnate.
You're lucky the Rogue Loompas are young'uns, Jim, and slackers to boot. They never climbed high enough in the ranks to ever see The Wonka up close and personal. Most of their exposure to him came from his edicts and from propaganda which made more focus of his clothing than his face.
