There is a brief pattering of small footsteps before a small creature rises in to view. It peers at both women before offering a winning grin.
Improbably, the grin actually widens. It is followed by a rapidly jabbered and mostly incomprehensible account of exactly what has been so fun thus far. English is in very little evidence; The word 'mattress' might or not be discernible through the excited babble. Also 'Lilo' and 'mops' and possibly 'semi-finals' though that last is even more debatable than the rest. It culminates in a bright eyed request for-
