"Atlantean, please?"

Medusa is wearing her sunglasses. Also her bangles and a long-sleeved shirt (kida. In a style that there is room for her wings). And, fine, yes, there are her snakes through her braids, too.

Atlantean comes in all sorts of containers, Sallie finds. The closest one has beaker tongs attached to it labeled 'For Human Safety'.

Uh.

"Here you are," Sallie says, pouring it into what she hopes is a strong enough receptacle.

Remind her to ask Mike about that one.

(And she hasn't looked up to see the snakes yet. It was the 'For Human Safety' that threw her.)

[ooc: and I am off in half an hour. Do you want Ellen to take over when I drop or slowtime with Sallie?]

[ooc: Ellen, if Carly is up to it]

"Thank you, ma'am," she says with a smile, her snakes hissing softly in agreement.

Hissing.

"...oh my."

Pause.

Small wave (which the snakes echo with their heads).

"Hi?"

Unfortunately, Ellen's never exactly had to deal with women with snakes for hair.

Bobby'd be in the books in a split second if he saw this, she thinks.

She nudges in alongside Sallie and nods toward the Atlantean.

"That treatin' you fine?"

"Just fine, thank you. I...wouldn't recommend it if you are normal human, though."

Ellen eyes it suspiciously.

"Would've guessed as much by what it comes in."

"It doesn't come in a bottle anymore?"

"Can't say I've seen the likes of it before, so I'm not so sure what it comes in."

"Clay vases, when it was made in Atlantis."

"You're familiar with Atlantis."

It's less of a question and more of a skepticism.

A quick, impatient sigh.

"Yes. Both before and after it sank beneath the ocean." A beat as she takes a sip of Atlantean. "My mother lives there, now."

"Well, then."

Ellen doesn't have much else to say on the matter.
