Demeter enters from her garden and moves directly towards him with a smile combined with one of her more motherly looks,

"Hello Jason, when did you last eat and sleep?"

He waves dismissively. "Hey Dem. I'm ok. I had a snack before coming in."

He frowns, looking around. "How long was I gone your time?"

"A few days and okay is not good enough. Have lunch with me and tell me how things are at home."

She then sits down and hugs him.

He shrugs.

"Ok."

He wraps an arm around her and hugs. He might feel just slightly less bulky than before, but he'll likely protest that he hasn't been up to working out.

"Same old, really: work and sleep. JC gave me some time off to relax, so that was nice." He doesn't sound like the trip home was particularly 'nice', though.
