Atton's outside, near the lake, running through lightsaber katas. He's been out there for about two hours, now, alternating between lightsaber practice and running. He doesn't appear to really have noticed the cold.

Botherable.

"Are you and Will determined to get hypothermia?" Guppy asks, from his position leaning against a tree.

"Guppy," Atton says, continuing his katas without missing a beat, "do you know how long the last winter on my homeworld lasted?"

"Ages?" Guppy guesses. "You've still been out here ages, I was waiting for you to finish to offer you a flapjack."

[stuck_mynock]

"Twenty-nine years. It started roundabout the same time that I was born, and our warm season isn't much warmer than this." Atton grins at Guppy. "I'll be fine, I'm wrapped up warm."

Medusa's noticed the cold. Oh, yes, she has. Especially given she's forgotten her shoes. And her wings are metal. And do you know how much having metal feathers sucks when they get cold?

A lot.

So, one freezing Gorgon, lightly bouncing up and down on her toes, and trying to get warm enough to call him over.

She's working on that.

The snakes aren't helping.

"If you're that chilly, you could just go inside," Atton notes, amusedly, giving her a quick glance.

She rolls her eyes.

"I could. But then I can't kidnap you."

[stuck_mynock]

"You want to kidnap me? That's so cruel."

Tilda's noticed the cold.

It's the perfect excuse for a hot chocolate.

Thus: seven-year-old girl with a mug of chocolate, watching Atton (or more accurately watching his saber).

Been a long time since these two saw each other, hasn't it.

Or, you know. A while.

"Hey, Tilda."

"Hallo Atton! Aren't you cold?"

"Nah. Are you?"

The cold is a nice shock for John, once he got food in his system. S'why he's outside in his tee shirt. :|

Atton gets an amused smile (that looks a bit stale) and a vague wave.

"John! Haven't seen you in ages."

"Hey, Atton." John scritches at his beard. "How're you?"

"It's been a long few weeks. How're you?"
