Billy is sitting outside in the cold, just above the ground (a trick borrowed from Xaldin), with a collection of objects spread out in front of him. The cup, bouncy ball, book, and room key are all stubbornly refusing to move as Billy stares at them with intensity usually reserved for super villains, difficult math problems, or coffee ( Read more... )

Oh, hay.

There's a Bart.

"What? It's supposed to be the magic word."

Bart is impervious.

"Telekinesis?"

Excuse Tilda. She has something of a professional interest.

If she looks closely, he's actually balancing on a translucent blue bit of... something. We're not sure what, let's call it a metaphysical construct.

Charlie has a book. It's not a book he'd normally be reading, but....having come back from retrieving it he might as well flick through it before going to see if Roxas wants it.

The pictures are easy to study, in The Complete Idiot's Guide to Basic Biology.

But looking up from it to see Billy floating and frustrated at a perfectly normal ball requires an explanation. "What are you doing?"

"Are you trying to do magic?"

Charlie's curious about this. "For any particular reason?"
