For some arrivals to Milliways, there's no warning at all. Just a flash of brilliant green light, which leaves two more patrons in its wake. That and a cloud of what's probably best described as the smell of violence- firearms residue, smoke, blood, and something else that might be old gym socks or might be something worse.
The two humans don't seem to notice the smell, though. One of them, an olive-skinned woman in her twenties, has the 'wtf?' expression common to Milliways newbies. The other… well, the other is probably the source of most of that stink, given the stuff splashed all over his suit of armor, his glasses, and pretty much everything else about him. When he gets the glasses off for a moment, he realizes where they are and makes a face. "Of all the times…"
