Patrick Kenzie realizes he's going to be here for a while, and since he's a practical person, he thinks it might be a good idea to start exploring the outside. Also, it's daylight, so he doesn't feel quite so apprehensive.
Still armed with thoughts of demon bunnies, he observes the young woman curiously, making no attempt to say anything just yet. Instead, he sits down on the grass near the lake, pulling his legs up to his chest and wrapping his arms around his knees. Besides, she seems happy enough for the moment just singing to herself.
This is somewhat puzzling to Pomona. She was not aware there were nymphs other than herself and Lethe, and so she alters her course towards the singing lady, nervously hanging back from actually saying hello.
Giselle is far from a nymph, although if you were to ask, she'd say they are very nice people and that she sometimes used to see them on the lake that borders the Valley of Contentment.
She's not aware of company yet. So she continues to sing:
"Before two can become one, there's something you must do..."
And then it's back to singing: "For lips are the only things that touch. So to spend a life in endless bliss just find who you love through true love's kiss."
"Good day, Giselle," he greets, bowing his head a little as she approaches. The amused look is still there. "I've been better, but I suppose I can't really complain."
It is nice outside! Which is why, from nearby, Giselle is being watched (and listened to) curiously.
Well, actually, that's just why he's outside. He's watching her curiously because she's singing and dancing around. But that's probably tied to the nice weather too.
If only everyone could be that unselfconscious. It's sort of admirable. The fact that she's a good singer probably helps, though.
When it comes down to it, the singing and dancing is mostly the result of Giselle not caring what the rest of Milliways thinks. It's nice out. And that makes her want to celebrate.
Giselle twirls about near the lake. On one such rotation, she see someone watching. He gets a friendly wave as she sings: "I've been dreaming of my true love's kiss and I prince I know to come with this...."

There are stones by the water and Giselle's opted to skip from one to another, arms now spiraling outward with joy.
"Pure and sweet, waiting to complete my love song!"

"Have you found him, then?"

It only falters when she realizes his question.
"No, not yet," she answers quietly. "But I still have every bit of faith that he will come. And how are you, Tom?"
