Angela resists the urge to pounce upon him immediately. Now she knows why Bar put her in this dress.

He's gotten older again. He looks so tired. But still, she hangs back just a little and takes a breath.

And then she goes over and comes in his line of sight before sitting down across from him. She smiles slightly. "Hi," she says softly.

He rests his head on her shoulder. "No. I don't."

She holds him close. "Then don't question it," she says softly. She kisses his cheek. "I've learned that sometimes it's best not to."

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Him saying that just might be indicative of just how weary he really is. "And even if it isn't, at least it's a nice dream." He hasn't had any of those lately.

She smiles again, and brushes her fingers through his hair. "Very nice," she agrees.

"Can I get you anything?" Though she really doesn't want to move from this spot, right here.

It hasn't been as long for her as it has for him. But it has still been a while. She's glad it's slow; she'd rather draw this out. Feel everything and help him to relax, just for a moment.

After a few moments, he pulls back just enough to break the kiss. He can't let himself get too lost.

"So what have you been up to?"

She grins. "Not very much. You might remember how dull my life is. More school, more surfing. Family stuff." She keeps her voice light. "I'm planning what to study after I get out of school," she says, remembering how crazy he thought all that school she had to go to was.

He eyes her. "Doesn't being out of school mean you don't have to study anymore?"

"It depends. I want to be a teacher so that means more studying." Lots more studying, actually. She keeps running her fingertips through his hair.

He snorts. "So you're going to make yourself study more so you can then make other people study. Nice."
