Written in chalk is the following.

DRINKS YOU'VE (POSSIBLY) NEVER HEARD OF 101.

Step one. Bartender selects drinks he's never heard of.

Step two. Bartender makes said drinks.

Step three. You (the patron) consume the drinks.

"Tonight's drinks are: Daring Dylan, Quiksters Delight, Upper Cut and Wadliegh."

Come try something new.

"What'll it be?"

"One each." Spoon says, leaning on the bar with a sigh.

George raises an eyebrow. "All at once? Or one at a time?"

"In a row, lad." Spoon explains, "One, two, three. Werewolf constitution, if I can't get the blood alcohol level up fast enough I might as well stick with tea."

[collects_ears]

"As you like."

He'll start alphabetically and go from there.

"Metabolize it that fast do you?" he asks interested.

Doc has no idea how to say the last one. It sounds Irish. Maybe.

"Ah...the W one, if you would?"

He figures what the hell.

"Wadliegh?" he says with a grin. "Quite the mouthful, innit?"

"Yeah. Wadliegh." Doc tries it once he's heard it said correctly and he smirks a little. "I would've had no idea."

[collects_ears]

"I'd no idea either," George admits with a grin. "I had to look it up m'self."

He passes the drink across the bar-top.

"Here you are."

[collects_ears]

"I hadn't thought of it that way." George smiles. "Coming right up."

[collects_ears]

"I like your selection process." he says approvingly. "After all, it mirrors mine. I tend to select all my drinks based solely on the name."

He passes the drink across the bar.

"That's the idea, yes. Though occasionally she'll help me out if I've got to make something and I've no notion of how to make it."
