Hey, bar. Have a Doctor. He's over by the Window, ignoring a cup of tea and staring out at the destruction.
It's been a trying couple of days for him, and he's oddly glad to be back someplace familiar.
Company would not go amiss.

"What is this window or picture of lights that everybody is looking at?" Teja asks. He wants to be told before it is too late. It seems to be central to this place, and yet its use totally eludes him.

That'd be Ace at a table being violent towards heavily charred and carbonized Gallifreyan technology, yup. No news here.

"Haven't I gotten you one of these yet?"

"Nope. Keep meanin' t'look up the specs, but I never do manage t'get 'round to it. Hullo Professor, how's it hangin'?"

He takes a deep breath and sighs slowly.
"I'm... well enough."

So, with laptop under her arm, she walks over. She stops, a few feet in front of him and waves. Quietly, "Hello, Doctor."

Golden wings and instead of a mass of beautiful black hair, she has a mass of slender black snakes.
But she isn't looking at him (although, some of the snake are), just the Window.

The Doctor steps over by her, just behind and to the left, looking at her reflection in the glass.
"You're a long way from home," he notes quietly. "Even longer than most of the people here."

"The door opened, and I fell," and there is a trace of amusement in her voice.
