The angle makes him look like he's smiling.

Raven grins, wide and bright.

"It is a thing that happens, yes."

Beat.

"You are for having cookies?"

"With you, there are many things that happen."

That comment is either innocent or a sly remark.

"Sure. I don't mind human food at all."

He'll get off Raven's head in a moment.

Raven just holds up a cookie within reach of the fox's mouth.

He is still grinning.

"That is very true. I am, I think, very good company. So."

He his! Entertaining, too. Also very good at eating.

Cookies. Salazar would even have cookies to eat, if he had the taste for them at the moment. Which is why the cookies are being eyed (and, of course, the man-bird-thing is being eyed too, albeit warily).

Stupid itchy snake body.

Raven tilts his head, watching the snake in turn.

Then he flicks a cookie at the creature.

"You are so very hungry, perhaps?"

Beat.

"Possibly mice are better, yes?"

Okay, FLICKING?!?!?! So undignified!

"I have tried to catch a mouse." Stupid Miniver, wouldn't HOLD STILL. "He was a fellow patron."

"That, I think, is very often the problem."

He grins.

"You have tried the demon bunnies, perhaps?"

The raccoon that has climbed up onto Raven's table to help himself to the cookies seems all in favor of the inhaling theory as he stuffs his face quickly. There is still quite a bit of mess but he can take care of that later.

Raven, who is always hungry, attempts to keep pace with the creature.

He is very good at it.

"You are for wanting more, perhaps?"

They will need a fresh plate soon, regardless.

Bill nods eagerly, a cookie in each paw.
