You know what it's like when you forget who you are?  It gets even better when there's nobody around who can really fill in the blanks.  This would be the case with Bonzo and Dooku.  You see, if one had eaten the apple, the other would have done their best to explain to the other who they were, etc.  But Bonzo took a second apple for Dooku, and the

And Dooku has a Ben staring, jaw dropping. "Dude! How do you do that, you are a Jedi or something?" Then he -really- sees who he is talking to, and his jaw drops the rest of the way to the ground.

Dooku looks...mildly confused. "What is a Jedi?" Nice, polite, and totally lost.

"You. No, wait, you are one of the bad guys, a sith!" Ben starts backing away...

Dooku now looks...extremely confused. "What is a Sith?" Pause. "Do you know who I am?"

Just so you know...the tone there is one of actual inquiry, not the tone you hear when someone wants their table at a resturaunt right away.
