You know what it's like when you forget who you are? It gets even better when there's nobody around who can really fill in the blanks. This would be the case with Bonzo and Dooku. You see, if one had eaten the apple, the other would have done their best to explain to the other who they were, etc. But Bonzo took a second apple for Dooku, and the sum of the results is that Bonzo woke up lying on his bed, in his robes, after (another) long lesson, completely oblivious to anything he should remember about who he is.
Dooku, in the meantime, woke up on the ground outside, also rather oblivious to who he was...and was unable to figure out why he could telekinetically lift rocks, either.
And Boba Fett is having no trouble with his memory, though he is getting a bit of amusement at all of the confusion in the Bar as he sits at the Bar.
