A fair maiden! Alone!

..Which is not quite the same as "in distress," but is close enough for the purposes of the Prince.

"Good evening!" he says, therefore, sweeping an elaborate bow in front of her, and following it up with his most charming smile. (One can almost hear the glint of light off impeccably white teeth).

He is very confident this will work well.

Said fair maiden looks up from her writing. Well, to be perfectly honest, she looks up from her still empty pieces of paper.

"And it is," the Prince replies (charmingly). She smiled! Acknowledgement!

"Now that I have made your acquaintance," he adds, quickly. "Though I find it hard to believe that such a fair lady is left...alone...in such a place as this."

The Bar might not be quite as uncertain a place as the Woods, but the Prince is wary and withholding judgement until he has seen what sort of monsters and spells they have here.

And very charming he is too. Of course, Phil is used to charming men, so she takes it pretty much in stride.

"Well, I'm hardly alone, you know," she says, looking around at the bar full of people. "And I can assure you quite readily that this place is quite safe enough, even for the most fearful of ladies. But you're very kind to be concerned for me."

Kind? yes. Stupid? also yes.
