It's not shocking that she can't find Mark to save herself. It's not even surprising that he phoned from God only knows where to tell the crew that he was cancelling filming. April wanders through with a mug of tea.

Her room's in shambles (and covered in broken mirror-glass) since last night's quake.

She's not paying attention, and sort of crashes into the other chair at Joanne's table.

"Ow! Fucking chair!" April flops down in it to examine her shins.

Joanne looks up from her papers, more than slightly startled. "Are you alright, miss?" She pauses, then blinks at her. "You seem slightly familiar somehow."

April makes a face, putting her (mostly full, amazingly) mug on the table, pulling up her pants leg. "Yeah, I'm fine. It just hurt, that's all."

April looks up and tilts her head at Joanne. "I... can't say the same, sadly. Um. April Cornwell." she says with a hesitant smile, offering her hand across the table.

Joanne takes her hand and blinks a bit, recognition dawning, and a facepalm quickly suppressed. "Joanne Jefferson, pleased to meet you. I think we have a few mutual friends." She pauses. "I believe I recognized you from some of Mark Cohen's film." She's not exactly mentioning Roger at the moment. Yet.
