Urza takes a table near the center of the bar, experimentally ordering a Tolarian ale from a passing waitrat. He is more than a little surprised when it is not only delivered, but perfectly aged

The warrior women of Benalia taught Urza never to judge on appearance alone. She has the look of a fighter, the way her eyes dart automatically to check blind spots, the movements that leave her an attack and a defense at all times.
He returns her nod with one of his own, of greeting and appreciation.
Urza does get...attention. As sudden a focusing as a thunderclap, and just as palpable. Rachel has no issues with magics, they feel like life flows to her...but the baby in her arms is allergic to a certain type, so she has been trying to notice when those life flows start to weave into something stable.
Hence there's a red headed woman staring from a nearby table, flame licking behind the emerald of her eyes as she passes the end of her braid to Elshie to play with.

"Originally from Terisiare, in the plane of Dominaria. I am Urza."

But he's also a curious boy who can feel the magic flowing, and so he eventually turns round.
