"But I would rather imagine you need to have an area to start the building in."

"Probably near where Caspian has things set up for his boat, though a bit farther back from the shore. I'll have to ask if it would be alright, first, though." Wellard nods.

Oats happens to have tea himself-- which is a luxury, as he has technically exceeded his self-imposed tea quota for the day.
He peers at Wellard's books and papers over the cover of the Book of Om (The Apocrypha again), looking intrigued.

While what he is working on at the moment resembles nothing so much as a ship yard, the other sketches neatly stacked near by are ships.
Ships with too many sails, too much rigging, and oversized, sail-like rudders in the back and on the sides-
Well. Apparently the designs are meant to fly.

Wellard blinks, looking up at Oats.
"Ah- A building yard, for a ship that I and some friends will be working on soon. Hopefully." Wellard frowns down at the plans, thoughtfully.
"After I figure on what supplies are going to be needed, for the start."
