Things are better in some ways, and possibly worse in others-
Life is interesting, and that state of existance is not unknown to the young british officer. However, there are a few things Wellard does have control over- and the main thing are his plans for the future. Thus- he is figuring out some rough plans for a work station, a dry-dock as it were, to be made before the ship gets started on.
