It's really lovely!! And it's obvious that you really get him, what he's like at this point.

It'll be fun when he finally touches something he cares about. It's unlike anything that other people want, canonically, and I'm not even sure I want him 'healed' of his PSTD.

Yep, as you say in the fic, neither love nor glory really means much to him, and I think that's not going to change.
