Ooh! That's a creepy hobby!

I can kind of understand though.

I liked the detail of the guards looking to Tamara like priests.

Baltar - no warnings millari December 27 2010, 14:47:21 UTC
Felix gaped at the yellowed newspaper clipping he'd just found stuffed inside a book on Gaius' bookshelf.

“Gaius, this is you, isn't it?”

The photo was unmistakable: a pre-pubescent Gaius Baltar in overalls and straw hat, posing proudly with a giant, blue-ribboned carrot, next to an older man who shared both his resemblance and his fashion sense.

“Give me that!” Gaius snatched at it in dismay. A shit-eating grin unfurled across Felix's face.

Gaius' expression, meanwhile, could have cut diamonds.

“Not a word, Felix,” he warned. “Not one word..”

Cottle- no warnings puszysty December 28 2010, 19:38:57 UTC
Ishay had always had Doc Cottle pegged as the sort of guy who played poker and chess in his spare time. So when she found a wooden box in the infirmary next to Cottle's station, she'd expected to find something she could set up and ask him to play. What she found instead was-

"Yarn?"

"You're nice enough, I'll knit you a scarf," replied Cottle as he walked by. She'd have never guessed.

Cottle's retort is great. No wonder he still has limber surgeon's fingers at his age. ;)

Hah... I have a knitting drabble too. Just wait until I post it.

This was hilarious. Love the last line.

Dee- no warnings puszysty December 29 2010, 02:52:52 UTC
"Here you go Gaeta, Mystics of the Underworld Volume 6."

Dee watched Felix grab his new comic book eagerly from Helo. Helo had just gotten back from a supply run, and was now in the rec room handing out the latest stash.

"What, no Volume 5?" asked Felix.

"Are you kidding? That was one of the rarest comic books out there even before the cylons attacked," said Helo.

"Don't worry Felix, I'll let you borrow my copy. Just don't let anything happen to it or you're dead," said Dee.

Helo and Felix just stared.

"What?"

Hee! Yeah, Dee is an unlikely candidate for reading comicbooks. But good for her to have something in common with Gaeta and Helo!

I really like the idea of serious Dee having this secret frivolous interest. And that she'd keep so secret that Helo and Gaeta would not even know this about her.

Thanks for participating in our little challenge!

Lee, Ellen - no warnings trovia December 29 2010, 16:27:58 UTC
There were many activities that Lee feared Ellen could be engaging in one day when he'd enter her quarters. He had to be fearless to be a fighter pilot, yet some gave him nightmares. Still, this one... this one he hadn't seen coming.

Ellen smiled when she saw him in the hatchway, slyly making sure to graze his chest on her way out.

“Knitting has been a venerable activity of admirals' wives for ages, you know,” she remarked, her lips too close to his ear.

“It helps keeping my fingers limber.”

Winking at him, she left the room.

Knitting is way sexy! Also knitted socks make sure that you don't have cold feet when slipping into bed with Saul. ;)

Thanks!

Oh, Ellen. *headshake*

I love how it's totally plausible that Ellen would find a way to make even knitting something naughty. :) She could figure out a way to make helping abandoned puppies seem sexy too, I'll bet.
