Ishay had always had Doc Cottle pegged as the sort of guy who played poker and chess in his spare time. So when she found a wooden box in the infirmary next to Cottle's station, she'd expected to find something she could set up and ask him to play. What she found instead was-

"Yarn?"

"You're nice enough, I'll knit you a scarf," replied Cottle as he walked by. She'd have never guessed.

Knitting is a very cool hobby. It takes a great deal of manual dexterity to handle two needles, the yarn, and the product. I crochet, because I only have the dexterity for a crochet hook, yarn, and product. The second needle throws me every time.
