I have roughly 27,500 words of fic in beta right now. Three stories at once. And there's a plotbunny circling me like a shark scenting blood.

This calls for distraction tactics.

Yes, it's time for another round of Conversations I Have Had Lately, starring MB (yours truly), Catalase, Cristin, Marisol, Maire, & Canthlian, with a special guest ( Read more... )

And the irony killed the world.

She had a point, mind you--though now I kind of want to write an entire story in that unintentionally porny style.

Well, it's never Mai Yamane I have my problems with. Or even the church organs.

Anything else from Cowboy Bebop you're looking for? I have a very weird clutch of songs from it, bestowed upon me ages back by a guy I don't even speak to anymore, so I probably won't actually have it, and if I don't I can't find him again to get it, but you never know. (The same guy bestowed upon me my weird and possibly mislabeled bunch of Hellsing mp3s, too.)

I think we have evwerything we could ever want from Bebop. How I love thee, Bebop. As for Hellsing, my husband is such a fanboy he bought the Mr. Big CD the ending theme is from. Geek.

Yeah--I loved the anime, but the soundtracks are just as good if not even better. No Reply, Blue, Chicken Bone, and Call Me Call Me are some of my favorite songs ever. And come to think of it, a couple of my staple porn-writing songs are from Hellsing, too.
