Fran's still awake, and while Manny and Bernard are asleep, she thought she'd keep it running. She sat by the door, keeping an eye outside, and waved cheerily to the emo police children out in the streets. It didn't occur to her that it was past early for children, but then, not much occured to Fran, ever.

Nadia followed along, continuously scanning the store and trying to keep smiling. When even Pippi was forcing a fake smile, she knew that part had to be important.

Which was dangerous but unavoidable.

So she made up a password.

At some point in the discussion, people were suddenly interrupted by a pounding on the door and small childrens' voices crying "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands mothafucka!"

Nadia's face snapped to the door.

She shrugged and clapped her hands, then made a grab for Walter to find another route out.

Shit! Walter grabbed Nadia's hand. If he had to, he could cut a hole in a wall, but that would be a bit of a dead giveaway which way they'd gone.
